1. How do I register as a new customer?

You can become a My Beauty Online exclusively member by signing up via our website. Remember to subscribe to our newsletter as well to stay tuned for our specials.

2. How do I login to my account?

"Log In" to My Beauty Online website user account, fill in your email address and password.

3. What should I do if I forget my password?

To retrieve the password, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address on the login page. A password reset URL will be sent to your email to reset your password.

4. How do I change my personal details?

Login to your account and edit the information on the "Profile" tab.

5. Do I need to pay any amount during or after registration? 

It is free to register and open an account on My Beauty Online. No monthly fee or membership fee is charged.
